At my salon, I understand that life happens, and plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled service. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly and offer the appointment time to someone else.
For cancellations made within 72 hours of the service, a fee of 50% of the scheduled cost will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
